stefaniBags.com returns - exchanges

 

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional personal Customer Care as part of the overall StefaniBags.com eBoutique shopping experience.
 
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, StefaniBags will gladly accept your timely return for refund, exchange or store credit of any unworn and unused handbags.  Merchandise must be in perfect condition, complete with original vendor packing material and tags must still be attached on the item(s).  The website order receipt and packing slip should also be included.
 
StefaniBags gladly offers return/exchanges within 14 days from receipt of item. And store credit for items received after 14 days and within 30 days of receipt of item. Returned merchandise after 30 days from receipt of item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
 
Example: If stefaniBags.com ships your beautiful handbag(s) and it is postmarked September 1st, you must return it fully insured and by traceable carrier with tracking number no later September 30th.  We are not responsible for lost items that are sent via untraceable carrier.
 
Note:  Evening bags, clutches, wallets, jewelry, further reduced and clearance merchandise are all final sale items, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.  T-Shirts are a final sale, non-refundable.  Exchangeable for same Tee in different size or Store Credit, valid for one year from original purchase.

 

Merchandise purchased at a discount of 26% or more from the original retail price are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  These purchases are all final sale.  No exceptions.

 
For your protection, you must send the packaged merchandise back to us via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of item enclosed. We are not responsible for missing packages.
 
StefaniBags merchandise must be returned in new and original condition.  All Further Reduced, Clearance items, or merchandise purchased with any discount promo code of 26% or more are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  These purchases are all Final Sale.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any incurred shipping charges.

Returns
If you're making a return, please download our return exchange form here to include with your return. You must also obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number may be obtained via email request only, please email us at info@stefaniBags.com for an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned box.
 
Exchanges
If you're making an exchange, please download our return exchange form here to include with your exchange. You must also obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number may be obtained via email only, email us at info@stefaniBags.com for an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Shipping charges are the customers responsibility and will be charged to credit card.
 
Store Credit
Store credit will be for the value of the item at the time of receipt minus a 20% restocking fee.  You will receive a Store Credit Certificate via email. Store credit is valid up to one year from original order date.  All Store Credit purchases will incur applicable shipping charges.  Store credit purchases are executed over the phone with a Customer Care Rep, please call 877.357.0707.
 
Special Orders
All Special Orders including Pre-Orders and Re-Order of Sold Out merchandise requested by the customer are non-refundable and may only be exchanged for an equal value item. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways, for the return and for exchanged item.
 
Promotional Gift
From time-to-time, we offer a FREE Promotional Gift with purchase. If you are returning a purchase that included a promotional item, the promotional item must be returned with merchandise purchased. If you want to keep the promotional item, you will be charged the retail value. Otherwise, the gift must be returned with merchandise. If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from refund.

StefaniBags reserves the right to refuse returns under any of the following circumstances. Under these circumstances, the return will be immediately sent back to the customer and is ineligible for refund:
  • The returned item shows signs of use or wear, is damaged, stained, scuffed, scratched, etc.
     
  • The returned item is improperly packaged by the customer (sent back without original or other tissue packaging or sent back in a too-small container).  If packaging leads to damage and causes item to become unsellable, stefaniBags will not offer credit or refund.  Be gentle!
